Bertolli
JC Bertolli – In the 1880’s was playing and teaching banjo. His banjos made by Dexter Company – very little known about these but a certainty that Richards Spencer a master of English banjos made for Dexter. In 1898 Bertolli formed a playing partnership with Gordon Tate calling themselves the Dexter’s and made their debut at a Cameyer Concert.
